TD Waterhouse is an arm of one of the largest discount brokerage groups in the entire world and as such offers both maxi and mini ISAs to consumers.
The brokerage is a subsidiary of the Toronto Dominion Bank Financial Group, who has their HQ in Toronto , Canada.
Money invested in an ISA from TD Waterhouse is protected from Capital Gains Tax, but also gives the consumer control over their investments and flexibility in terms of where their money is invested and how they access it.
ISAs from TD Waterhouse invest money in a range of different sources, and the account holder can decide where and how their money is spent. Investments include unit trusts, investment trusts, OEICs, bonds, equities, exchange traded funds and gilts.
TD Waterhouse ISAs are quick and easy to create, although consumers should bear in mind that investments for the tax year in question can only be made up until 5 th April under current regulation.
