Financial Services > Investments > National Savings and Investments Certificates > National Savings ISA
National Savings also offers an Easy Access Savings Account, which was launched in January 2004 and replaces the Ordinary Account previously offered.
You can have a cashcard to withdraw money, and can pay in extra amounts when you wish. There is also a telephone service, which allows you check you balance, deposit or withdraw money.
Rates are tiered, so the more you save, the better the rate you will be earning on your money. Bear in mind that National Savings do not pay the best rates in the market, so you have to weigh up the pros and cons. You will have a secure investment, but your money won't necessarily be keeping pace with inflation.
