Skipton Building Society has launched a new range of UK investments bonds.

Available from July 10th 2006, the investment bonds are part of the company's Pick' N' Fix fixed-rate range.

The one-year bond has a rate of 5.21 per cent, the two-year offers 5.31 per cent, while the three-year investment bond features a rate of 5.4 per cent.

John Goodfellow, chief executive of Skipton Building Society, commented, It is important to us that our customers feel valued and know that when they invest their money with us they will not only be receiving a great rate of interest but they will be receiving a service that is second to none.

He adds that the fantastic rates on Skipton’s range of one, two and three-year fixed-rate bonds are among of the highest on the market and he expects them to be very popular.

All of the options feature a minimum investment of £500 and a maximum of £50,000, while customers can only take one bond.
