Zurich has launched a new
investment option in the UK.
The
investment account features a money-back guarantee and the
interest is linked to growth in the equities market.
Designed for cautious
investors looking for growth in the medium-term, the Zurich
Guaranteed Capital Account is a five-an-a-half year option.
The account offers a 100 per cent capital guarantee, while the
investment potential stands at 125 per cent of any growth in the
FTSE 100 over the term.
There is also an early maturity feature on the account, offering 30
per cent gross interest if it has grown by 30 per cent or more on
its third year.
A minimum investment of £2,500 is possible, up to a maximum of
£250,000.
Paul Wright, Zurich's
investment management director, said: Our previous
guaranteed
accounts have proved extremely popular.
Intermediaries and their clients appreciate the benefits of
an investment that offers both security and
stock market linked returns.
Zurich is a global insurance-based
financial services provider, which was formed in 1872 and
